Damn it, you gayfer! You and your bitching! I doubt you realize that you're pretty much one of the coolest guys I've ever met, and I bet many others feel that way. The fact that, even though some things for you are shitty, people still envy you because they want to be like you. I know that a lot of the time I feel like that. "I wish I could be as funny as Michael," "I bet Michael would know what to do if he was here," "Yeah I would like to be as awesome as Michael too," and so on. Look, I have shitty health like you and I haven't even HAD a relationship in over a year, so I can kinda relate. But you know what? I don't really let it get to me, because you are generally all gun-ho about your problems, shrugging them off as if it was something "Michael Fuckin Murray" doens't even need to bother with because he's so awesome, and lame as it is, and even though you're barely a month older than I am, I still look up to you.
