Lovely work. I enjoy how you balanced his still-present affection for her, his desire to "fix" her with his sense that any attempt to change things would be met with disaster. Even through part of s3, I think he had good chances to change her mind, or at least plant the seeds of doubt, but as you say, selfish is sometimes saving his own life.

Loved it. It was so intense with the way Morgana was playing with him and all those secrets threatening to burst out of him. Great job.

I absolutely adore this. I love how you highlight the fact that Merlin has all these thoughts we want him to have - but Morgana's decisions are not letting him go through with it.

And then the ending image is just so sensual and amazing.

OMG this is awesome! I love the angst! Poor Merlin, how he handled Morgana's situation will probably always be one of his biggest regrets. :(
