TwitterBones Special Update: The Proposal; June 26th, 2009
On a lovely Friday afternoon, one fangirl made an out-of-the-blue proposal, to none other than our dear Agent Booth.
That, of course sent repercussions through the entire TwitterBones world. First, it was the other fangirls, who feared that dire consequences were to dawn upon JaneHungOz after such a declaration...
And then...The opposition strikes, in the name of Dr. Brennan, and the war began.
*Ding ding ding* First round goes to JaneHungOz as Dr. Brennan retreats. A temporary cease-fire ensues as JaneHungOz and her friends discuss possible attacks from the "other side"...
Then the chivalrous Agent Booth responded.
The amorous fangirl was not going to leave things just like that. She pressed on persistently, determined to get to the bottom of Dr. Brennan's apparent distaste for any of this.
All of a sudden, both Booth and Dr. Brennan disappeared from the battlefield...What was going on?
Since it was not JaneHungOz's intention to put Booth in a dilemma (or maybe she did?), she offered an alternative. Let me just say, quoting Mikaela Banes from Transformers 2: "Why don't men ever say those three words?" (paraphrased, of course).
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!
Phew, that was a long process to dredge those three little words out of Booth's mouth. No wonder he's in the FBI. Some more bits to finish up the mission.
