I sure did! I had a recipe for individual pizzas with prosquito, melon, parmesan and spinach but I re-invented it with B.C. smoked salmon (I love BC wild sockeye!), mango, asagio and arugula drizzled with olive oil and basil. (It was easy. I went to the grocery store and picked the stinkiest cheese I could find, and lettuce I had never heard of.)
Mike and I had lamb souvlaki (the butcher did the seasoning, so I have no idea what was in them) on wraps with tzatziki and grilled veggies. The kids were more interested in the neighbours hot dogs, so they hung out with them.
We wowed everyone with this grill too. We got that free from the company Mike sold his machine and programs to. Since they could now make twenty a day instead of one, they let him have one. :)
