I've just listened to this and I'm all kinds of flattered and touched by what you've said about my podfics! I know I'm not very involved in the podficcing community (I'm just not a social creature by nature) and it always surprises me when I'm mentioned. The story about inflicting "Through the Glass" on a car full of people delighted me. Mine, too, is an evil laugh. >:) And it was really interesting for me to hear about things that work or don't in other pods, or what you drift towards as podfic consumers.

I love your podfics! I keep trying to convince those two to listen to Moments Lost in Time, but I made the mistake of describing it as "the one where everyone dies" and they were both like "I'M NOT LETTING YOU DO THIS TO ME AGAIN!" :P

Oh, god, that story is such a wonderful knife to the heart! I'm really happy with how the podfic came out and ADORE the writing, but yeah. Woof. It's definitely in the top three most angsty things I've every recorded.

And I'm definitely loling at it being described as "the one where everyone dies." I... yeah, no, I can't even argue with that. :D

Oh man, now I'm really curious what the others in your top 3 would be. :P

And yeah, it's really good, but there have been times where I've started it and been like, "Nope, I don't think I can handle another 5 hours of this, I need to space it out with happy stuff" :P

I jumped right in to feeling all nice and gleeful that someone said something nice about my work, but it's taken until now for me to be able to listen to your podcast ( ... )
