Congratulations!

Music, multiple chapters, and artwork are all entirely optional. If you really want them, I'm sure someone who uses GarageBand will be around to help.

I've never used Soundcloud, but it seems like a quick easy way to dip your toe into things! (They do seem to have a 3-hour limit for free users, if that's an issue.) People also use things like Google Drive, MediaFire, and so forth.

Yay, new podficcer!

Once you upload it, you could link to it as an AO3 work (this is especially handy if the original fic is hosted on AO3, because you can automatically cross-link to it), or just post an announcement on amplificathon or whatever communities there are for this fandom!

It might help if you were specific about what you need help with.

Do you need multiple chapters for your podfic? Is it long enough to warrant chaptering? Do you want to add music? It's not required. Do you have specific music you want to add? Do you have art work that you want to add to your podfic?

HI Akamine_chan,

Yes I need help with a multiple chapter podfic. I'm trying to podfic my friend xscribe off the mapp series and sequel series. I don't know how to make the chapters. I don't have art work and music in mind yet.

If you look at the sidebar of this community, you will notice a tag list.

For further information/tutorials about creating chaptered audiobooks, you can click on the links for "podbooks" and/or "m4b" to get information about using the podbook format.

For further information/tutorials about adding music, click on the "adding music" tag link.

For further information/tutorials about adding art, click on the "art" tag link.

Other links that might prove useful include the "garage band" and "tutorial" tags,

Good luck!
