Well I'm proud of them both. Glad Will seems to have decided to act at least three-quarter's of his age as opposed to half or less. *pats him on the back* Good boy.

Yes, he's certainly had a lot of growing up to do. Hopefully he's redeemed himself a little? I was rather proud of them too, by the end of this chapter :)

(Alfie really isn't all that bad, he's certainly softer than Will. I might do some one-shots in this 'verse, and I'd like to do one in Alfie's headspace. I had a little crisis after I'd finished writing Crossing the Line, just before I started posting, that perhaps I should have chosen Alfie's perspective rather than Ethan's, because it would also parallel nicely with the two boys and their brothers, but I decided it might be too similar to Will's. (And frankly I couldn't be bothered to re-write that much, and I liked Ethan a little too much to remove his POV).)

I would love to have a look inside Alfie's head. That would be quite enlightening :) (And yes, I agree with you that losing Ethan would've been such a shame.)

In other news, OMIGOSH READING LAST CHAPTER, NOW. (Stay tuned, lol.)
