Not my fault, the music made me do it!

Tonight I decided to walk down to Starbucks and get some artwork done.
I put my ipod on, push play on my new favourite song and haul ass. Well it seems I had a little too much stomp in my walk. Cause I got noticed.

After ordering my coffee and sitting down a young lady (maybe early 20s) walks up and asks ( Read more... )

I felt like such an idiot though.

When I'm home dancing around it doesn't matter what the music makes me do and I have gotten so used to that, that I wasn't thinking when I walked down there.

So yeah for sharing, but I HAVE got to remember when I am in public.

I can understand the embarrassment, though you wouldn't have known if she hadn't said anything.

I can see some advantages though - maybe I need to learn to boogie a little along with walking and reading...really convince people that I'm NOT the one to ask directions. :P

Nah. Let them stare. Or better yet, find the courage to walkdance like there is nobody watching.

Besides, thats the advice you'd give DL, and that I give Ant (who loves to boogie).

I need to listen to that when I'm not at work... >_>

Don't let it embarrass you though, you're more likely to bring a smile to someone's face than anything else. Sign spinning taught me that. And if you don't, who cares? don't let others hold you back from enjoying every moment of life. :D

*laughs* Ok I LOVE that icon.

Still working on letting my inner 5 year old have a good time, while not giving a crap what others think.

But hopefully next time I won't be so embarrassed.

As for the actual song - Has not the bimbo heard of turning your phone off instead of being a rude bitch to her caller? Yeesh.

It's Lady Gaga. I sometimes wonder about the "lady" part of her name. But the song is infectious.

Be that as it may, she could still just turn the phone off.

Or is it just more fun to trash the guys that call? *snickers*
