I had a bad day again

Yesterday sucked. I'm not going into great detail I think my best friend hates me, my dad and I got into a fight and I was notified yesterday that my grandpa has cancer so yea I had a bad day.
I'm really touchy right now, don't even joke with me I'll probably cry.

I am so sorry about your grandpa, I hope he gets the treatment that he's entitled to and is a success.
Separate and deal with each problem individually, if you do it may be more feasible and productive to fix these problems.
