I see this on other blog networks, seems to be the "in" thing lol. So I have taken up making menus to better plan my grocery trips and meal preparation. Monday - Noodle Kaboodle! Leftover turkey-style-seitan, noodles, veggies, in cashew/tofu cream sauce.
Tuesday - Vegetable paella with tofurkey sausage
Wednesday Brett is out so I just eat whatever.
Thursday - Minestrone soup, dinner rolls
Friday - LEFTOVERS!
then this weekend my nutty parents are visiting and will be taking us out. Sushi? Or Greek? Tough choice...
