if I didn't have this as an open plce to vent I'm not sure what I would have done. as it is I'm thinking I'll let the parentals deal with it. besides, I was pretty busy all yesterday tryin got convince my little sister she wasn't a horrible person

Do it; phone her. At least ask her, in a civilized voice, what could possibly have warranted such harsh treatment of a young neighbor. Ooh, I feel like doing something to her myself now... I don't think she should be permitted to do that with no consequence. Emotionally abusing young children is neither acceptable nor neighbourly.

there wont be no consiquence, but like I said, this is best dealt with between the adults. I can't really say or do anything that they wont just dismiss as the behavior of an irrational teenager.

You should egg her house, then go back in a time machine and take the high road. That way you get to do both the fun thing and the mature thing.
If that doesn't work, I know someone who can 'dispose' of her, no questions asked.
