i would act as well as listen, however i'm rather unsure as to how
though if you still feel upset dispite the fact you think you have no reason to, perhaps it is because you bottle up your emotions so tightly that every so often one of those little bottles on the shelf of your mind explodes

and as for the feeling like you have no right to do this and feel this when others have it worse off, your problems are your problems, their problems dont affect them, if we went by the "someone has it worse off then you so stop complaining" system, the only person who would ever be able to complain in the world would be a starving, blind, mute, deaf, quadrapaligic boy somewhere in africa
