I don't like my food to touch on a plate. And I eat by sections.

You are the 4th person I know that is like this. Sal eats in sections but he doesn't mind if they touch.

Hey this is totally unrelated, but since I don't have your e-mail, I thought this might be a way to ask a ?

I (think) I remember you saying your parents work with animals in some fashion??? If so, I have a question - if not, just ignore the rest of this comment!!!. I think our kitten is having some separation anxiety when Sal leaves. She will often just mope, not be active, lethargic. When he comes home she is back to her normal self. She doesn't do anything destructive, she eats and drinks normally, but I hate seeing her so sad looking. I just wondered if there was anything we can do. I don't want it to get to the point ofher being destructive.

Hope the job is going well!!! I sooo wish we had a torrid here.

You could get another kitten, so s/he has a playmate. :) Otherwise, my only suggestion is a long shot because its actually for dogs but they make this toy that you can record a message on and put treats inside of, and the idea behind it is while the dog is playing, if he's home alone, he temporarily forgets about it because he can still hear the voice when he plays with the toy. Most dogs try their hardest to get every treat out at once, too, so it can work. But it's for dogs, and I'm not sure if you could convince a kitten to play with it... therefore, it's a long shot.

Another kitten, though, will also totally help. :)

Thanks! I wish we could have another kitten but since she is + for feline leukemia we can't. She seems ok today. she was just so mopey!!!
