I don't think it's wrong to not forgive your mother. The difference with your father is that he probably understands the consequences of his mistakes. A lot of people will apologize to appease someone, not necessarily because they really understand what they did wrong.
It's just another thing in my life that will make me stronger.
I know she's sorry, but she doesn't know why she's sorry. She's still psychotic(seriously), and when I look at her, I just see some bitch. Nothing more than the person that cuts you off when trying to pull into a parking spot. They mean nothing to you, but you still can't stand them.
I think you forgive who you want and how and what you feel. No one has any business telling you you should forgive this person or shouldn't forgive this other one.
I think you should take your father for whatever he will give you. You fucking deserve it!
I completely agree. I make my own choices, and I don't care if they make any sense to anyone else or not. It's my life, my mind, and my scars.

I spoke with my sister last night and she said she has never seen or heard him happier than he was all weekend. Letting everyone know that he finally got to see me again.
That's just another reason why I may forgive him and not her. She apologized for her own benefit, not because she loves me. He didn't apologize, because he was scared and didn't know how. There is sincerity in fear, and I can't help but respect it.
