I couldn't resist requesting a drabble from
kcscribbler , so now I must post this here on my sadly abandoned journal.
And yes, I am aware that I did this before and only fulfilled half the requests... *hides* I will try to do better this time? And while I'm at it, I might as well fulfill those old requests...

I guess I'm just supposed to ask for a character, in which case I'd say "Watson"
If you want more detail, though, I'll say Watson being right and Holmes being wrong about something. Hehe.
PS: I saw in your tags "a.w.tozer" "bible study" "chinchillas" "charles dickens" classics" and I haven't even read the rest...so I am hereby friending you! Though you, of course, don't have to friend me back. :-D

If those tags are the reason you're friending me, then I will definitely friend you back! *bounce* :D
And thank you muchly for a more in-depth prompt. It has been a very long time since I wrote any Holmes fanfic, so my muse needs prompting.

I was shocked to discover that I DON'T HAVE A CHARLES DICKENS TAG! Strange, because he's one of my favorite authors, and even has his own shelf in my library. But apparently I've not ever lj-posted about him.

Come to think of it, I don't have a C.S. Lewis tag... O___O How that omission came to pass, I do not know. Now I'll have to post about him. In any case, yes, I believe that we have quite a lot in common. :D

BBC Sherlock is my new love. In my opionion it touches on BASICALLY EVERYTHING ACD GOT WRONG/FORGOT TO TALK ABOUT AND DISCUSSES IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (okay...that's exactly one thing...BUT IT'S A REALLY IMPORTANT THING TO ME!)
Hehe.
Also, they are the best Holmes and Watson I've seen yet. And I've seen SO MANY adaptations. Sherlock has the perfect blend of over-dramatic without being annoying (*cough* I'm looking at you Jeremy Brett...[I'm a bit of a heretic on the Brett question...]) and the super-duper intelligent (which RDJ was to some extent lacking in, though not nearly as much as he was accused of) and the physically capable. And then Martin Freeman is just...I have no words for what a perfect Watson he is.
I am done squeeing now.
Oh! I was actually just going to say that BBC Sherlock has turned into a muse and a half for me. That's all. And then it turned into my own personal squee-fest. I apologize. :-P
