I am trying to understand our country, and our views. It amazes me that so many people support Bush and his hateful policies. It made me think about why I believe in the policies and values that I do. For example, I feel my exposure to many different cultures affected my beliefs towards civil rights and affirmative action. 1. how can someone fill out "none" as an answer to what cultures they were exposed to?

1. I don't know. I guess it just happens.

2. I do too, that's why I put European. I thought it encompassed White America.

i took your poll after seeing that you had okizu as an interest. im also trying to understand our country and how we can be so divided. i couldnt really understand how someone could not be exposed to a culture, but obviously the question was valid for 3 that had taken it.
