turkey day minus the turkey

I'm stuffed. Surprising considering I wasn't sure if I was having thanksgiving dinner. Thanksgiving just isn't my favorite holiday. I'm such a picky eater that the traditional Thanksgiving fair usually doesn't make me dance a jig. Turkey must be thinly sliced breast only, no giblets in my gravy or dressing, no pork or beef, etc

eww giblets in the gravy. I hate that mess! And I always seem to eat one matter how long it takes me to "assume" I picked them all night.

Yuck! I hate when that happens. I didn't get any gravy this time. I think I'ma start skipping the gravy altogether unless I'm sure it giblet-free.
