Everything that happened today, I won't forget. And it all started with this morning, until now and believe it or not. I'm still crying about it all.

Today after practice, coach gave me a note. And it read,

"Elyse,
Remember no matter how bad it seems sometimes, there are people who care about you. I am one of them. Read this when you need it
