Rest In Peace - Paul Newman

I, too, was a little bemused when the death of a celebrity affected me. And then a little while later, another one!

John Ritter and Don Knotts. I suspect it was because Three's Company was kind of a big part of my childhood. But don't despair--Paul Newman wouldn't want you to be sad. :]

I was so happy to see John Ritter finally get his own sitcom (8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter) again after so many years out after being typecast in Three's Company. He built a reputation on being the nicest and most considerate guy in Hollywood - even when the only work he could pick up were infomercials.

And Don Knotts, definitely a nice guy. It seemed like he pretty much kept his persona from The Andy Griffith Show through Three's Company. I enjoyed The Incredible Mr. Limpet, even.

And Paul Newman is really a class act.
