my fucking step-uncle (who is gay) got attacked last night
and there is nothing against fucking hate crimes
the most they can charge anybody with right now
is fucking assault and battery. give me a fucking break

Wisconsin was one of the first states to protect gays under the hate crime law thing. As long as he can prove it was cuz he was gay, then can charge them for that too.
