As far as my take on this, I believe that you use common sense until told otherwise. By that, I mean it makes sense for a husband and wife to have sex, and is in fact commanded in a vague sort of way. So unless I am told otherwise, they had sex, and probably children. And the bible only says they didn't until Yashua was born. Which means they didn't until he was born, nothing else.
