This building kind of reminds me of those in the Juderia in Segovia... and also of Moorish/Catalonian buildings... und auch Hundertwasser/Gaudi/etc.

This is where my brother got married (the Catedral Se). The Clube de Fado is where the after-party was held. Our hotel was between the cathedral and the Castle which is also pointed out on the sign. Walking distance all. For the fit, at least.
There was a building like this in Segovia. I like it.
