Belated apologies.

In the summer of 1987, I was in DC for a summer internship "on the Hill."

In my spare time, I volunteered for a few hours at the Joe Biden '88 office there, just answering phones and doing other menial things in the office.

I just want to apologize to everyone for that. I had NO idea.
