“Royal Mail, the Cruciform, the colour red and Royal Mail Special Delivery are registered trade marks of Royal Mail Group Ltd.”

They slipped that one through somehow.

Lucky we’ve still got a few other colours still available then!

Allegedly, the dollar symbol "$" is a registered trademark of Gene Simmons. Though how on Earth he'd go about enforcing it, I don't know!
