Well, we are most likely going to rent for the first year to make sure the job works out and all that, but after that we'll look for a house. The apartment/housing markets not too bad down there.

Well, if you want to know a bit more about your landlord or the property you are going to move into, I can inquire a bit. My grandparents know pretty much everyone in the city and used to own rental property themselves.

I take it you've been to the area? Yeah, we are hoping to find something within Horicon but if not then we will find something in Beaver Dam. We'll be heading down there in a week or two to apartment hunt.
