• Tutorial, haven't done one of these in ages. So hope you like and more so, hope it works.
• Show me what you come up with :)
• I use photoshop 5.5
• You have to know a few things, like how to create a new layer etc. to be able to follow this tut.
• I'm using an anime cap, so it might not work with a normal screencap.

Brightening washed out looking anime caps

1. Start with your base.
2. Duplicate Layer and set to soft light 100%
3. Create a new layer and fill with #070022, set to exclusion 20%
4. Flatten.
5. Duplicate layer and set to soft light 100%
6. Flatten.
7. Hue/Saturation: +42 Saturation
8. Flatten and completed.
