• You have to know a few things, like how to create a new layer etc. to be able to follow this tut.

1. Start with your base.
2. Duplicate and screen 100%
3. Create a new layer and fill #F3F3F4 Softlight @ 100%
4. Create a new layer and fill #FDE1E1 Softlight @ 100%
5. Create a new layer and fill #DDF8FD Colourburn @ 100%
6. Go [Layer] - [New] - [Adjustment Layer] and choose Hue/Saturation and then go Saturation +32

Flatten and you're done.
