The CPU and GFX card were originally Ash's. I probably could have saved some cash buying the case online, but I didn't want to wait too long to have it built.
The CPU could probably run at ~2.9GHz and still be stable. I will be getting a Gigabyte G-Cooler and I will push the bastard like crazy.
I'm running Windows XP on it at the moment, as Vista is still too much of a pile of shit for my liking. Although the allure of DX10 Lost Planet is very tempting.
I've named it Compy 486 because for all it's raw power, the most it'll ever be used for is checking e-mails. Or watching porn; whatever.
It's fucking brilliant and all that. I can max out F.E.A.R. Haven't tried C&C3 with AA and shadows yet. The only flaw with Compy is that the fans in the case are pretty fucking loud when the lid is on.
But otherwise, I'm dearly in love with it.
