Is it a sign of immaturity when you still laugh at the words "nuts" and "balls"?

My aunt is teaching Lexi [my 18 month old cousin] how to say nuts. So I hear a lot of this, "Lexi, say 'More nuts please'." And this is in baby-voice, mind you. Also... Lexi repeating it is just frickin' hilarious. Ask Eva. Hahaha. She got to witness this as well
