Hello over there. I'm all right. Nothing has changed, though at least it is no longer October. November is such a better month than October.
People are missing. There are fewer students in the castle than there has been in years. It's like...well, for lack of a better metaphor, it's like a ghost town.
Are things getting better? At work, at home? In general, I suppose? I am glad to hear that you've found just a little bit of peace.
November is generally better than October, yes. Well, it feels like that anyway, I couldn't really tell you why.
I heard that. Well, from the political analysis, newspaper point of view. I knew there was a reason one of those blokes told me not to read papers. But how do they go missing from Hogwarts...it's the safest place in the country?
Work's getting better. I have a trainee in my charge, which is more like what I'm used to. But I'm not sure it is, I might have just found a slightly better way of dealing with things.

November signals that the end of the year is swiftly coming, and the end of the year means a new beginning. Also the holidays, which I have rather started to enjoy. Say what you will, this reinvention of the Christmas celebrations is brilliant.
They don't go missing from Hogwarts, they just never show up at all. I suspect parents are keeping their children home, but I have no proof of that. Still, it's best not to worry so.
What is your trainee like? If you're feeling better then I wouldn't worry so much as to how you're dealing with it, unless it's not a healthy way of doing things.
Does this mean I ought to put decorations up? Oh, the effort. And Lucien telling me I have no artistic flair.
OH. Right, I mis-interpreted. I would say that is what's going on, then. A not sensible, but understandable move. Although
She's...nineteen, very nice, extremely quiet and counts her grapes at lunch. Always nine, four white and five red. Yes, she's a little strange. And I know what that implies and I'm not drinking.
