So I used a saline nasal spray for the first time today because I have very vindictive sinuses and I was told to use a non-medicated spray a few minutes before using my medicated sprays and... holy shit. I didn't know there was so much snot up there. But at least it was clear, I suppose? That means it's relatively healthy snot, right ( Read more... ) -
