*You are going to need a sheer or white eyeliner pencil for this look.*
First:
Clean your face of oil and other impurities. [I use those little Clean & Clear face pads.]
It helps your actually face makeup look nicer.
Second:
Apply your foundation/powder/concealer/whatever else you need to. [Get your actual face ready.]
Third:
Apply either concealer or a sheer cream eyeshadow on your lid. [I use Markwins eyeshadow cream, in a pinkish color.]
This helps the eyeshadow stay on longer, be more vibrant, and not crease.
Fourth:
Decide the shape you want to use and use your white eyeliner pencil to outline the shape.
You will also need to decide where to devide the colors and draw a line where you want to do so and somewhat blend it so it doesnt cause a harsh line under the shadows.
Fifth:
Apply the orange [I used chalk pastels], on the innermost section you drew on your eyelid.
Be sure to blend the edge so it won't have a thick line of division.
Sixth:
Apply the blue [I used Milani's Atlantis], on the center section you drew.
Be sure to blend the edges. You don't have to make it perfect yet, but it needs to be pretty much completely blended with the orange.
Seventh:
Apply the red [I used Color Workshop], on the outermost section you drew.
Be sure to blend it to the blue it needs to be pretty much completely blended with the blue.
Eighth:
Blend where the colors devide.
BLEND UNTIL YOU CAN'T BLEND ANYMORE.
Nineth:
Blend all the colors together JUST A LITTLE BIT.
Tenth:
Apply your eyeliner.
Eleventh:
Apply mascara. [I use Sephora's Lash lenghtening mascara.]
Twelveth:
Fill in/Draw on your brows.
Thirteenth:
Apply some lipstick. [I used Mary Kay's Berry and Desert's Slip lipgloss over that.]
Volia!
