It's a weird emoticon showing someone half covering their face with both hands because... well, for whatever reasons you may cover your face for. Like shame at laughing at a friend's misfortune.

If it makes you feel better, all the snow here has disappeared, too! Can't say I don't like it, though. I was really sick of snow.
