   So...I've spent the last 4 months or so looking at about a gazillion houses online, researching what the county assesses them at, what the current owners paid for them and when, how much the homes around them have assessed and sold for, etc. I am the ultimate bargain hunter and comparison shopper. I will happily do research until my eyes cross,

I was gonna say that you'd better make sure you get a floor that mops up easily, but then I realized it wouldn't be much of an issue since you're so rarely nice to them. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
