( I dyed my hair...should i put blonde in the tips and than put a bright red over it? )

mhm Blond into black. You shoulda thought of that before you dyed it. By the time the bleach has eatten through the black, faded to brown, red and then orange to a blond, it will have put the "sexy texture of straw" into your hair. Though you'd be lucky If you got past orange with any hair left.

you are really really pretty... the blonde would look really good... or even like a difrent color.. like the bottom half layer under the black you could do liek pink or blue or purple
