My sister just racked up $2500 in mobile data charges by using Skype on her phone. Her only punishment (cause she won't have to pay that back)? the internet has been disabled from her phone.
If that were me I'd be beaten. Fuck my parents and their bias.

Fuck me DEAD I mean when I went to america last year my Bill just for a month was over 1300 Dollars but I managed to talk it down when I got home as the International Roaming didn't work for me but GEEEZUS that is insane.

I mean I used to have super high bills like 600-800 a month but I went to a better data plan and I was smart about using the Data on my Phone but that is CRA CRA CRAZY.

She needs to run over her damn phone or remove Skype and anything else that uses data

EXACTLY! She's had the phone for less than a month!! (the phone was a birthday present... her birthday was the 28th of Jan)

It upset me so much. She didn't even get told off! I used to get beaten when I didn't eat breakfast. Fuck I used to get beaten when my brother did something wrong and it was blamed on me.

First night she got the phone she had a 4 hour skype session on her phone. Her excuse was she didn't think it 'cost that much' WHAT THE FLYING FUCK IS SHE COMPLETELY FUCKING BRAIN DEAD??? SEVERAL MULTIPLE HOUR SKYPE SESSIONS ON YOUR PHONE WOULD OBVIOUSLY COST A SHIT LOAD.

She doesn't even have to pay for the fucking bill!

That's the only session I caught her one... Imagine the others if that was only the first night of her having the phone.

And people wonder why I'm so keen to move to another country, maybe it's because my parents (the people who are meant to love you unconditionally) treat me like total shit compared to my sister. Even my brother was telling his girlfriend tonight how he would have had the phone taken off him but I would have been beaten to a pulp.

I'm not sure I can survive this last year stuck here with my family.

In Australia... in fact most were in her bedroom while she was sitting in front of a computer.
My sister is 15 so she could get a job to repay it but she is the favorite (under exaggeration, she never has to go to school my mum gives her money to go shopping with her friends, it's fucked).

The best bit? My Mum tired to tell me off for not telling her about the 4 hours skype call on her phone the first night she got it. I said to her I tried to tell her and she told me to stay out of it, so I did... had she listened she wouldn't be out of pocket almost $2,500!!

My sister has a top of the range phone that's on an expensive contract. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TAKE AWAY HER PHONE! That's the very least they should have done!! Yet I used to get beaten black and blue for the simplest of things -_-"

Wow. I get that somewhat since my sister has got the iphone 4 and I haven't but I have an older version of the iphone. And my dad got her that because she uses her phone much more than I do and like I said I have an older version of the iphone so it was her turn to be "spoiled

They have got the phone provider to cancel the internet to the phone so she can't get around it unless she organizes her own contract. Sorry you have to put up with favoritism from your mum too :(

The masters has been alright. getting close to end of it!
