It's great being home in the evenings and all, but man six am shifts leave me nothing but sleepy all day

I can't sleep in the middle of the day though. I respond to most forms of light by waking up to them.

Won't work. Can't sleep with anything on my face but my eyeglasses. I appreciate your making the suggestion though
