thanks for dropping by my blog... this is my latest landscape series for my final year project... its shot with a large format camera.
I'm going to a an exhibition of this work on Dec 4, at 2902 Gallery. You'll see them printed on poly-carbonate (a kind of plastic) really huge. You are your friends are invited to my opening at 7pm! I'll post more information in the next entry.
heh i stalk ur works actually. =D but anyway, really interested to go! i'd be bringing a few friends i think! will call/text you after my paper (which is on 4th hahaha).
yeah... i'm really thinking hard on renaming this project series. it'll be great if you could give me some suggestions. you can check out the rest of the series at this URL:
So far I've been calling it "Concrete Euphoria" but I think its abit too literal. I'm thinking along the lines of having the words "urban, tapestries, weavings, time-space, broken light, quartet". Something like "Urban Tapestries" or "Time-space Tapestries", "Broken Light Quartets". What do you think?
Actually the first word that came to mind was "kaleidoscope." I don't know if this is too cliché or again, too literal. The word "symphony" seems like it would fit somewhere in there too. :P Kaleidoscopic visions of a city symphony?? Heh...
