I really enjoyed this article in the Stranger that explores the idea of male pregnancy in humans. In short, men can't gestate fetuses inside their body(duh), but it's theoretically a lot more feasible than I expected. I honestly can't see this working. No offense, but a large percentage of men don't tolerate pain very well. I'm not sure how they would handle labour pains.

Men can't have labor pains -- they're missing the equipment. They'd give birth by caesarian section.
