Sergeant Reed looked up from behind reading glasses at the front desk, already knowing who just busted through the door. Considering he had someone in tow, Reed's pre-selected response to the heavy footfalls was, "What's the charge, Murphy?"

Murphy was leading Belle by the hand, with a surprisingly gentle grip. He didn't want her to get run over by the traffic, though as he had already noted she was an abnormally large woman.

"We're going to the back room for a little chat, Sergeant."

Reed paused what he was doing fully, and looked Murphy in the eye, or at least, the fog glass. His brow furrowed into those short, woolly locks as he went silent for a few moments.

"Here'ssa keys." Reed tossed them over the desk. In an extremely precise fashion, Murphy snagged them on a downward stroke. "Thank you," he said as he marched away.

Murphy let her hand go when they reached the back. He led her to a dark interrogation room, and locked the door. There was, of course, a one-way mirror present.

Belle followed like a sulky child.

"Classy."

She set down, putting her purse on the table.

Murphy looked into the glass. "Scram," he said authoritatively. The three warm-blooded creatures in the next room looked amongst each other, but reluctantly obeyed. Though they had every right to be there, they weren't about to cross Murphy for no reason.

His head panned back to Belle. "State your full name, for the record."

"Belladonna Angelique Carmen Boudreaux."

She had no idea why her family had given her so many names.
