Question About Poi Spinning Video

I was wondering if anyone here has used or has heard about Michelle Joyce's Poi Spinning for Beginners dvd instructional, found here ( Read more... )

I've seen a few snippets from it. Honestly, I'm not too impressed and think you can get a way better DVD. Voi moves tend to be a lot slower and need a lot more space due to the fact that you're trailing a ton of fabric around, and I think it makes her form look a bit 'off' wile teaching.

Stick with youtube, or some dvds like the Encyclipoidia or Scales of Poi, Really, once you have a strong foundation you can transition into voi no problem.

Which other dvd would you recommend instead?

I love how voi looks, and am looking forward to learning it.
