Ice cream challenge... update

PRETTY GOOD SUCCESS!!

Vanilla ice cream recipe minus the vanilla bean
- 75g sugar
+ 18 large marshmallows (toasted on 3 sides under the broiler in my oven)

Just churned, now ripening in the freezer. Preliminary results look good!! Not enough "char" taste, but I think that depends on level of toastedness. Will report later (with photos).
