Before anything, I'd like to thank everyone who has been participating! You guys have been a lifesaver! Sadly, participation has been low despite having 196 members. From what I've seen so far, only 3-4 members per challenge are participating which is extremely low. I decided to make another banner to help advertise, so please feel free to help

I personally like using fanart in my icons and I always try to give the original artist credit (the only time I can't is if I find the artwork on tumblr and the source isn't there and I can't find it). It would be tricky to do, but I think if we allow fanart I believe adding a list of credits for fanart at the bottom of the voting post and winning post would work. c:

I do, too. I think everyone who icons Pokemon uses fanart at some point. Most fanart sources can be found with SauceNAO, TinEye, or Google Reverse Image Search. A link to credit the artist would be required. :)
