Hey gang - I know I've been remiss about updating - nothing to update about the new job...still trying to figure things out. I have to admit, I'm missing everyone at my old place, but it is what it is, you know? besides, they've already replaced me. I think this job is do-able, and they did want me, so that has to count for something. New Glee

I think it's very common to start missing your old job when you've started a new one. And especially some of the people. Hopefully you'll be able to keep in contact with some of those.

I wonder if the staying in touch is making it harder for me...I am missing everything, I know I can admit that to you...but I wonder if my ego is telling me that it was a mistake, but it's just a tough road ahead...

It's okay to miss the good tings about the place and the people. I think it could make the transition to the new job longer, but that's okay. As long as it's not painfully dragging things out. And you got to remember that there also were reasons you wanted to leave the old place...

I'm thinking that might happen, I'm trying to distract myself with doing different things, but those season tickets are, in a way, getting back to me, because it's easier to take someone from my former work...some days it does drag, but I have good ideas...just not sure what to do with them...I know...I would have never gotten anywhere if I'd stayed...that's a tough one to think about...
