[His words are clearly in response to the first part, if his tone is anything to judge by, though he certainly isn't ruling out that offer; he begins pacing, slowly, his gaze fixed on Archie's double, paying no mind to the water as it swells lightly against his shoes, lapping at the bottom hem of his pants - they saturate easily, but he doesn't seem bothered.

He's considering; the offer is a nice one, though he has to question exactly why Archie is feeling so generous today...then again, it's entirely possible that Archie's done having fun with this one and wants a show of some sort.]

I can tell you're angry. Why don't you let it out?

[[Archie's smile is relaxed, his eyes lidded and lazy, but there's a vivid shine to them as he watches his rival circling his unconscious double, who twitches slightly, but doesn't awaken.]]

I would hope by now that I wouldn't have to do all the thinking for you.

[[Archie will just smirk and select another fish.]]

[Despite that, however, he pauses in that slow, predatory circling, tipping his head a bit as he stares at the unconscious man in the surf; after a moment's contemplation, he moves to stand over him, planting one leg down on either side of his body before he kneels down over him, straddling his waist.

After all, if the idiot wakes up in the middle of this he'll probably be disoriented; Maxie will want to be able to pin him down quickly should it come to that.

Until then, however, the first matter of business is the removal of that bandanna; he isn't particularly careful about it, though he doesn't rip the goddamn thing - he just doesn't care to let the moron leave it on...

...actually. On second thought, Archie, you can have that thing tossed at you.]

[[Archie continues to eat his fish, but his gaze never leaves Maxie, and he smirks when that bandanna is removed, idly catching it and slotting it into his belt.]]

I might just have to hold onto it, since you went to the effort of removing it for me.

[[Waking up, Archie notices, is never usually so goddamn painful, and as such he moans groggily, legs shifting on the sand as he tries to gain his bearings. There's a weight on his chest, and as such he goes to remove it, opening his eyes.

It's here that he notices four important things:

1. His bandanna is missing.
2. His throat is killing him.
3. His psychotic double is sitting next to him, eating what looks like...raw fish and smirking at him.
4. Maxie's psychotic double is sitting on him, also smirking, and he's got his hands on his waist.

....there really...aren't any words. He's clearly died and gone to hell. It's the only explanation.]]

[Mm. Maxie's attention is drawn sharply back downward when he feels Archie's double moving beneath him; smirking indeed.]

How nice of you to join us.

[He runs one of his hands up the center of Archie's chest, tracing back downward a bit until the heel of it is resting against Archie's diaphragm; he leans forward hard, increasing the pressure and then leaving it steady - might be a bit hard to get your wind that way, so sorry about that, but he doesn't need you getting any sort of upper hand on him right now, especially since his other hand is occupied between the folds of his coat.

You remember that blade he carries on him, right?]

[[Any protests Archie was thinking of voicing are sharply cut off as the wind is forced out of him, causing him to instinctively bring his hands up to try and shift Maxie's arm; however the guy knows what he's doing and as such his struggles are fruitless.

As for that knife? Well, if the way his eyes widen in fear are any indication, he remembers it very well.]]
