Well...okay, then.

[If one happens to be around the CMA today, they're going to be treated to something a little different - there's a potential for chaos, yes, but not in the odd, uncontrolled ways that the island usually treats people to.

There's an odd intensity in the air directly outside of the area; it builds until it's quite suddenly shattered by a rising column of water, springing from what seems like nowhere. The burst is powerful but controlled, arcing ever-upward in a sharp, twisting spiral, catching the sun's light like a prism; it isn't long before the water in the air is joined by something else, small shards of color slitting through the cascade in sheets until the column dissipates in a thick burst of mist, a sharp display of color and light as the sun catches on the remnants of the initial attack raining down as well as the petals that caused the effect - what some might recognize as the result of a successful Petal Dance.

...and as the effects of that entire display begin to thin out and wear off, one will probably notice the incredibly confused Masquerain and Roserade, to say nothing of the even more confused coordinator behind them.

This is not where Drew was practicing last. Drew sees no reason to be anywhere but where he was practicing last.

He doesn't really remember recalling his Pokemon, but somewhere along the line he must have done so, because he's suddenly replacing them on his belt, albeit a bit absently; this is certainly...well, it's weird, and it's going to be met with a good amount of wide-eyed staring for the time being.

...wide-eyed staring and a quick sweep of his fingers through the front of his hair, anyway.]

Well, that's definitely new.

:awesome: dynamic entry, this is fabulous, guise wtf is going on here?, character introduction
