[If you are in the CMA on this fine afternoon you will be in for a very big surprise. Very suddenly the full figure of man appears out of nowhere, and guess what… he’s laughing.]
Ha! Hahaha! You’re too late, kid. Maxie is-……..! What the…?
[He seems to realize he is no longer in the Magma hideout in Jagged pass. But where he is and how he got

He laughs; the sound is pitchy and manic, harsh to listen to, and when he approaches he isn't wearing the asymmetrical red-and-black jacket this one is probably used to seeing. He's left that elsewhere, though what he does have on are the usual things he has underneath it, the long sleeved-shirt and pants, all in black; the only obvious splashes of color are his hair and the odd splash of blue at his hip, a piece of fabric tied to his belt like some sort of odd scalping trophy.
At the same time he's recognizable enough. And he's very, very happy with what he sees; the laughter dies when he stops in front of the newcomer, though his eyes are alive.]
One of mine, I see.

Hopefully he told you enough to make it plain that we don't know each other. Not really, anyway.

Remember that when you report to me as expected.
[Between his words and the blunt, oddly authoritative tone, his meaning is rather clear - as far as he's concerned, this is not an option.]
We'll get to know each other very well soon enough, Tabitha.

Yes, sir...
[Fat chance he actually intends on reporting to this Maxie. Avoiding him as much as he can will be his goal, but he knows he can't do it all the time.]
Reply
[And again, his words aren't mocking; simply a statement. Maxie actually seems pretty content with that confirmation.]
I'm not trying to replace your boss, you know - and he's present on this island, from what I hear. Unfortunately, we haven't met face-to-face; have you found him yet?
[He doesn't wait for an answer before continuing.]
At the same time, we all have the same goal here, Tabitha. Expanding the land, remember? I'm here to help you - you and your boss both.
Team Aqua is here too, mind you. A version of Archie from what I assume is your world, and the one from mine. At least one admin, from what I've heard. Operating separately is the worst thing we could possibly do right now, as far as Team Magma is concerned. You don't want them to form a united front before we can, do you?

Yeah... I've seen him around.
[He isn't so sure about all this though. Besides, like hell he wants to be the go between for these two since he can't see them getting together and discussing what to do with Team Magma peacefully. They were both the leader in there own way.]
Team Aqua's never been anything but a nuisance to us. They is no chance they will succeed anyway. But yeah, guess it gives us more numbers if we stick together.
[He says that.. but still. He doesn't like this Maxie all that much. Since he seemed keen on keeping in touch though better to be on slightly good terms.]

Of course. It would be in our best interests, you know. Just as it would be in your best interests to do as you're told.
[He smirks a bit.]
You're more than welcome to ignore my orders, of course, if you think I'm overstepping my boundaries by giving them to you; at the same time, you'll be reporting to me one way or another. I don't know how your boss does things, but I personally don't think you want me to track you down. Or to track him down.
It's been a while since I've hunted anyone down properly. Just keep in mind that I'm very, very good at it - remember that, and everything will be fine. All right?

Now this Maxie has the gull to throw around threats. It's kind of successful though. Tabitha can't be around to always protect his Maxie even if he tries. Probably get yelled at anyway Not to say he isn't concerned about himself at all, but he isn't as fragile as Maxie.]
Yeah.. I hear ya.
[His words sound a bit bitter, but he isn't arguing anything at this point. He really doesn't know how bad this Maxie guy is so he won't make a move to cross him until he is sure it will work out, if he ever does that is.]
Reply
[He notes the bitter tone, but he doesn't seem bothered. It was expected, really. After all, this one isn't his.
For the time being, anyway. He'll see how it goes.]
I'll dismiss you momentarily; I wouldn't want to keep you for too long. However, I have to ask that you answer something before you go. Do you think you can do that for me?

You are clever.
[He shifts his hand's position, toying with that piece of blue fabric tied at his belt; his fingertips trace lightly over the insignia when he finds it by touch, the raised, stylized A embroidered in white, though he doesn't look at it.]
From the sound of it, you and your boss were occupied when you were brought here. Some sort of mission, perhaps?
If I can't see your memories, you're going to tell me what you were doing.

Tabitha's eyes shifted over to what Maxie was messing with. Did he scalp a Team Aqua member or something?]
Oh that. We were in jagged pass trying to get to Groudon... but that kid was trying to stop us. Seems you have problems with kids in your world too. [Those damn meddling kids!]

And how, exactly, did your fearless leader intend to control Groudon? It's ridiculously powerful, you know...unless he had either a master ball or the Red Orb, I don't know what he planned on doing.
[Either one will work, really; he just needs to see what the hell was going on at the time. He doesn't necessarily believe his double had any sort of master ball on him, nor does he think that he still has the orb by any means - he would have won otherwise, and that isn't what Archie's double had indicated. He had been told that they had both given up their goals, instead...ugh. It would be better if this particular goddamn admin were from a later time, but Maxie supposes he'll have to work with what he has ( ... )

Not sure that really matters while were here and all..
