Word count/art progress: 31,000... I want to say I'm halfway there, but the last time I said that this monster proved me very, very wrong. Not sure about my artist's progress yet. Am waiting to hear back.
Could your group post on October 24: Realistically, no. Currently, I'm at chapter 3/7... but chapters 2 & 3 were originally meant to be one chapter but were too long together to be a single one. I'm worried that may happen with some of the later chapters. I want to say that another week might do it, but that might not be enough either...
Talk to us: I've said it once and I'll say it again: this piece is a behemoth. My initial outline was modest, but over time it evolved into something that has so many levels of meaning to me that I can't just write out the outline. The characterization is the problem. It needs to be so drastic and be applied to so many characters (much more than I'm used to) that I need to, quite literally, create a new environment, a culture, a political atmosphere... Could your group post on October 24: Yes. Actually looking at my timetable, the only day where posting might be difficult for me is the 26th. Before or after I should be dandy.
Talk to us: WHY SO MANY ESSAYS i'm supposed to be a student in the "slackers'" subject good god. Also my beta and artist have been wonderful I love them dearly, especially my beta, for putting up with my really dumb first draft errors. But no, this Big Bang has been so much fun to do. I'm just so very very glad that I got the fic actually finished waaay before the deadline, otherwise this would be an awkward post herp. :< Actually finishing something quite lengthy is a big milestone for me too though, so all rounds ♥ Thank you mods for all the work you put in, thank you all other participants even if you had to drop out, thanks once again to my artist and beta. ♥ ♥ You're all magnificent human beings ( ... )

Word count/art progress: 13000-14000 (I don't have chapter four with the rest, so I'm not sure.) I'm not finished, but I am as far as I will be able to get.
Could your group post on October 24: Yes, I still ave to edit two more chapters, but I won't be writing anymore during the time of the bigbang, as I have hit the word count and simply do not have the time to finish another chapter.
Talk to us: My beta and artist have both left. I haven't heard from my artists since we first spoke. My beta did the first chapter and told me she almost finish with the second and never got back to me after that.
The story went on longer than I wanted it to and is going to end up longer than I planned it would. I need to do the master list, but I will get it done.

Could your group post on October 24: I'd prefer not to, tbh. This weekend is terribly busy for me, so the later the better.
Talk to us: Agh. I'm sort of beating myself up, because I quite literally waited until October to get any meaningful work done, and now I'm suffering for it. (Also, second person POV, self? Really?) At the same time, though, I'm seriously filled with excitement- this will be my longest completed story to date, and I'm super excited that I've even gotten this far.
