We had been in the new place for not even 10 minutes and I managed to break a window. I have never broken a window. Ever. In my life. Why did I have to break the first window we've ever owned (excluding car windows of course)?? Bum.

O'Brians wanted to charge us $160 to replace the window (it is only 300x500x2mm or round abouts) - called the local glass people the next day - $10 thank you very much!!
