I would like to take advantage of my diverse friends list and ask a question:

Does every city think their public transportation system is the lousiest?
Because I can tell you now that I've experienced Californian, Caribbean, even Montrealan public transportation and they were all better than Toronto's in every way. I don't know if it's a "grass is

London's, NYC's, and even SF's is better than TO's.

seattles is amazing minus me getting lost
so is calgarys
vancouvers is okay
bostons is lovely especially since everything is so well mapped out

Hmmm, actually most people here in Hamburg seem to think that our public transportation system is quite amazing, esp. when you compare it to other big German cities, most notably Berlin, which just has a horrible, unreliable, confusing system. ;) :P

So yeah, I'm quite happy with ours.

i've been on paris's and it made me want to cry, its utterly confusing and you spend more time walking in the station then you do on the bus. I like how simple ours is, at the same time there's is so old, its bound to be crappy.
